The third edition of THE EPICURE once again proved to be THE place to be for gourmets this fall and all of us at Neuschwansteiner are thrilled to have been presenting partner of this!
Heiko Nieder, Managing Director Mark Jacob and Director of Food & Beverage Markus Granelli worked together with no less than 13 international renowned Michelin-star chefs, each no less than two stars, at The Dolder Grand to make THE EPICURE an unforgettable culinary highlight of the year.
Every evening, another 3-star-MICHELIN chef created a fabulous 8-course menu together with Heiko Nieder, beginning with one of the most famous German MICHELIN star chefs, Harald Wohlfahrt. Curtus Duffy, Andreas Caminada and Pascal Barbot, presented their creations together with Nieder and his team, ensuring, guests felt like in ‘culinary heaven on earth’.
The grand Final on the last evening saw the chefs unite and join at live-cooking stations to create exclusive dishes for over 350 guests.
