We are enjoying the hot summer in New York City, especially through our partnership with Kurt Gutenbrunner and his son, managing director of ‘Blaue Gans’, Benjamin Gutenbrunner.

Blaue Gans’ is a truly special restaurant and we are proud that our Neuschwansteiner is served with pleasure and enthusiasm. Most of all we very much appreciate Benjamin’s great beer knowledge.

Internationally famous artist Albrecht Behmel said: “Benjamin is a great host. What I admire most is his talent to make guests feel truly at home. Blaue Gans is the perfect location for this, too!

Our favourite menu items include traditional Wiener Schnitzel, Kavelierspitz and a selection of different sausages. Dessert specialties include Apple Strudel, Salzburger Nockerl and assorted cheeses.
