In the upcoming weeks millions of visitors travel to Munich, turning the Bavarian capital into somewhat comparable to the beer capital of the world. It is a tradition that we have been celebrating in Bavaria for centuries: The OKTOBERFEST!

However, the 1-litre “Masskrug” with “Haxn” or “Hendl” in a beer tent, built like a small castle, full of singing and dancing happy people is not everybody’s favourite. We are glad to suggest you an exclusive and fabulous alternative where you can quietly enjoy your Neuschwansteiner not so far away from the “Theresienwiese!

With almost 3 million visitors every year, the BMW-world is close to our beautiful Neuschwansteiner castle. Here you can spend a whole day of sightseeing, exploring BMW’s cars, racing history and much more. It is not called “car-temple” for nothing!

In recent years however, it has also become a “food-temple”, with the variety of gourmet restaurants by Käfer and MICHELIN 2-star-chef Bobby Bräuer! He serves Neuschwansteiner in both, the “Bavarie” and “Esszimmer”.

Just one level above the busy museum, Bräuer describes his “Bavarie” as “a symbiosis between French brasserie-cuisine and Bavarian regional products”. MICHELIN’s inspectors praise: “Regionalism and sustainability are the main philosophy of the ‘Bavarie’-Idea… this leads for example to Crème brûlée from goose liver“.

On top of the BMW-world, almost ‘up in the skies, you can enjoy your Neuschwansteiner without worries about how to get home later: The exclusive chauffer will ensure that you get home safely, you can leave your car free of charge in the garage downstairs.

Without anything to worry about, you can now fully indulge in the “Esszimmer’s” world class hospitality! In 2014, Bobby Bräuer earned his second star, the MICHELIN-Inspectors applaud: “In his menu “Herzstück”, Bobby Bräuer presents his regional signature, in his menu “Excursion” his international interpretations.”

No matter which one you choose, you can be assured, the food is excellent and your taste buds will experience a sensation you will always remember with a happy smile. The service is sincere and discreet. Through a window you can watch the star chefs doing their “magic”. The interior, designed in gold and earth-tones, with dark wood and leather is elegant, the entire atmosphere very inviting and relaxing at the same time.

Bobby Bräuer tasted our Neuschwansteiner and decided that he wanted to serve it in his restaurant: Neuschwansteiner is an expressive, powerful and fruity complex beer which has various uses in a sophisticated kitchen.”

Neuschwansteiner CEO and founder Christian Seitz says: “To be served in Bobby Bräuer’s famous restaurants is an honour for us. He is an internationally renowned star-chef and we were very happy for him when he earned his well-deserved second star last year. We already feel close to BMW through our brand ambassador, H.R.H. Prince Leopold of Bavaria, who is well known for his racing success with the Munich cars. For us, BMW represents our home state. The BMW World is, together with our beautiful Neuschwansteiner castle, one of the biggest international visitor magnets. With Käfer, we also have a close connection: you can purchase our Neuschwansteiner in their online shop.”
