In their category ‘Insight and Analysis’, author Joe Bates points out: “In today’s top restaurants you will find a selection of beers on the menu, often with a qualified sommelier giving suggestions of food pairings…”.

Our new cooperation with famous Underberg at whose stand we were presented, is underlined by the quote of Underberg Sales Director Duty Free and Travel Retail, Jürgen Scholz:
“We don’t really see Neuschwansteiner as a simple beer. We really see it competing with champagne”.
