We are extremely delighted to be featured in the online magazine of Gourmet ‘Bible’ MICHELIN. The article in MICHELIN Restaurants is a preview to the upcoming culinary highlight-event “Zurheide Gourmet Festival”. Neuschwansteiner will be served in the exclusive Lexus-VIP-area of this prestigious event where almost all German 3-star-chefs are present and ‘at work’!

Please also read more about our involvement in this fabulous event here. The “gourmet-festival” which was sold out quickly as soon as announced, is an annual tradition and bases the chef’s selection very much on the famous institution of the “Guide MICHELIN”.

Under the headline “Selected champagne, the best beer in the world and your very own chauffeur-service”, organiser Jörg Tittel is quoted in the MICHELIN Restaurants-article: “Our highlight is the exclusive Lexus VIP-area: guests have their own shuttle-chauffeur-service, a special champagne by Lallier (Zéro Dosage) and the ‘Champagne amongst beers’, Neuschwansteiner, the best beer in the world, drunk from a champagne glass. In addition, every table has its own waiter, who has preferred service at the chef’s stands. VIP-guests can for example order the dish by Harald Wohlfahrt, and it will be brought to them!”
