We very much enjoyed our previous Monaco F1™ experiences and look forward to a new event for us at the principality.
Monaco for sure is the most glamorous race on the F1™ calendar. In the past years, we have enjoyed fabulous events with our partners, the annual World Stars Football Match, Amber Lounge, My Yacht group and our friends from Red Eye Events.
The most stylish way to enjoy Monaco is either in one of the luxurious hotels or aboard a luxury yacht.
Last year we teamed up with Nigel Essam and Red Eye Events and it was a true pleasure. Nigel hosted high-end guests on no less than four track-side yachts (Hana, More, Baron, Treneck) and provided excellent day-time, race viewing hospitality as well as fancy evening and all-night-long parties. “We provide top-class hospitality and high-end entertainment to our guests to ensure they have the best time”, Nigel Essam of Red Eye Events said proudly, “our guests just loved Neuschwansteiner, and at first sight couldn’t believe it was a beer as they had not seen one presented to stylish and elegantly. Even some ladies, who said, they’d never drink veer, tried and expressed their delight about the extraordinary taste and look.”
During the Grand Prix™ week, former F1 driver David Coulthard, two premiership football players, former F1™ teamboss and now TV star Eddie Jordan and even royalty spent some time enjoying Nigel’s hospitality.
To start this exciting Monaco week, we wish all players a great match at the Annual World Stars Football Match where Royalty and F1™ drivers play under the High Patronage of S.A.S. Prince Albert II. Every year, for the worthy cause of S.A.S. Prince Albert’s children’s charity, the Prince’s STAR team plays against the F1™ drivers Team at the annual World Stars Football Match in Monaco. The match traditionally marks the opening of the Monaco Grand Prix™ week, indisputably the most glamorous of the F1™ calendar.
Our Neuschwansteiner Brand Ambassador H.R.H. Prince Leopold of Bavaria previously joined S.A.S. Prince Albert II at the winner’s ceremony as well as the after-match gala dinner and shared a Neuschwansteiner beer with him.
H.R.H. Prince Leopold of Bavaria says: “Of course I know him well and as always wish him the very best for his charity football match! May the best team win! Being in the stadium previously, I was impressed how well the drivers played football.”
Thursday in Monaco is the only Thursday on the F1™ calendar where the cars run their usual two 90-minutes Friday practise sessions. Since Friday there is no track action for F1™ teams, drivers can occasionally be seen around the principality, relaxing or performing sponsoring activity days.
Friday is Amber Fashion day! This year we wish Sonia Irvine all the best for her Charity event and new partnership with Sir Jackie Stewart’s global foundation, Race Against Dementia.
The Foundation will take centre-stage at Amber Lounge’s 11th Charity Event ‘Amber Fashion’ on Friday May 26, 2017 at Le Méridien Beach Plaza in Monaco, one of the highlights of the FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2017 weekend. At Amber Lounge’s charity event, world famous personalities and VIP guests, including leading figures from Formula 1™, sport professionals, the CEOs of global companies and generous bidders, will come together on Friday, May 26, 2017 at the landmark Le Méridien Beach Plaza Hotel in Monaco to support Race Against Dementia.
The fund raiser event will open with the famous Amber Lounge Fashion Show. F1 drivers will walk the runway – a fabulous one-of-a-kind experience.
We also wish our friend Marco Inman all the best – as his team creates the most fabulous hairstyle for all models and drivers.
At the Fairmont Monte Carlo Raspoutine Monaco will set down. The Parisian club known for the quality of its musical program presents some big names of the electronic music during the 4 evenings of the Monaco Grand Prix.
All focus Saturday and Sunday is of course on the race track and F1™ qualifying and the race. At the nights, there are many various events and parties, Amber Lounge being the one where F1™ girls night out on Saturday and the drivers party on Sunday are famous.
Whilst we wish our friends a fabulous week, we are also very much looking forward to a new venue and event this year.
Neuschwansteiner will be served as welcome drink at the receptions held at the world famous Fairmont Monte Carlo Hotel Wednesday May 24 remembering the 30th anniversary of Ayrton Sennas first win in the Principality. VIP from the F1™ community, Cote d’Azur celebrities and international media will be there. The Fairmont Monte Carlo, which lends its name to the circuit’s most famous corner honours Senna will be honoured with a statue and a customized Suite featuring a few treasures from Senna’s career, that will be inaugurated by Bianca Senna, Ayrton’s niece and director of the official charity, Institute Ayrton Senna. His original Lotus helmet – still with dents and scratch marks – and the Lotus 99T steering wheel are the exhibit’s main attractions. Profits go directly to the charity to help the various projects for children in Brazil.
We will be there and soon show some pictures and more information from the event.
Of course, Monaco is a synonym for prestige, a place where the international elite gather, a harbour for the most beautiful yachts, a prestigious destination, and home to some of the world’s most celebrated events including the Formula One Grand Prix and the Monaco Yacht Show. The Fairmont Monte Carlo hotel is a unique four-star luxury convention resort located in the heart of the Principality of Monaco in between the Mediterranean Sea and the legendary Casino.
In addition to being one of the most prestigious Monte Carlo resorts, the Fairmont Monte Carlo, is also one of the largest in Europe, boasting 602 guest rooms, residences and suites, three restaurants, a bar, 18 meeting rooms, shopping arcade, in-house Casino, and unique wellness facilities: a stunning Fairmont Spa, that lets you rediscover all your energy and its Fitness Centre & rooftop pool, which offer all guests the opportunity to enjoy a world-class workout while enjoying views of the Riviera. Fairmont Monte Carlo, an island unto itself situated in the most exclusive part of the world.
Christian Seitz, CEO and founder of Neuschwansteiner, says: “The FORMULA 1 GRAND PRIX DE MONACO 2017 of course is a sportive and social highlight. Ayrton Senna is one of the best and most famous drivers in the world. To be able to support his late wish, carried on by his family, the Senna Institute is an honour for us. We very much look forward to this important and fabulous event at the most beautiful Fairmont Monte Carlo!”
