We are enjoying the hot summer in New York City, especially through our partnership with Kurt Gutenbrunner and his son, managing director of ‘Blaue Gans’, Benjamin Gutenbrunner.

Our favourite menu items include traditional Wiener Schnitzel, Kavelierspitz and a selection of different sausages. Dessert specialties include Apple Strudel, Salzburger Nockerl and assorted cheeses.
