The World of Neuschwansteiner at the World of Hospitality

We are very much looking forward to tomorrow’s opening of the ‘INTERGASTRA’, one of the most important international trade fairs in Europe for the gastronomy and hotel industry where we will be on display by our friends and partners from BOS FOOD.

2 years ago, the 27th INTERGASTRA broke all records: Aimed at restaurateurs, hoteliers, cooks, community caterers, service-stuff, system caterers, bakers and makers of cakes and pastries and hosted by-annually, INTERGASTRA spreads over an area of 100.000 m² in all the halls at Messe Stuttgart and is the largest meeting point for the industry in Germany.

In themed halls around 1,300 exhibitors present novelties and provide many opportunities for the exchange of ideas between specialists.

nNeuschwansteiner-at-intergastra-bos-food-ralf-bos-04Rated as a ‘must-attend event’ for the hospitality sector, the INTERGASTRA allows the almost 90,000 trade visitors to have a look beyond the horizon and to receive information on the main areas of new developments and innovations in the hospitality branch with its sectors hotel, gastronomy, community catering, confectionary and café; food/kitchens, equipment/ambience, beverages, hotels, coffee and ice cream.

As the official website reads: “The courage to be different. The drive to try out new things and to promote itself as an innovative trade fair for the gastronomy sector.

This is what has earned INTERGASTRA the top spot among the gastronomy trade fairs in the German-speaking region! This is where both visitors and exhibitors are faced with a bounty of inspiration, where they can let their imaginations run wild and experience the large variety of trends the gastro business has to offer.”

2014, the first-class accompanying programme provided some additional highlights with competitions such as Bocuse d’OrSelection Germany, the Master Chef of the Year or the “European Championship of Gelato”. More than 100 German star chefs came to Stuttgart for the “Night of Stars” at the Mövenpick Hotel Airport & Messe.

We will see if they have already picked up on Neuschwansteiner and might use our beer for a special cocktail as we know some international barkeepers are working on.

We are well represented at INTERGASTRA by BOS FOOD who already did an excellent job presenting us at their both at Chefsache in 2015.

Our friend Ralf Bos from BOS FOOD said: “The Intergastra is the melting pot of the top gastronomy in south Germany. Neuschwansteiner, for me the best beer in the world, is perfectly placed at Intergastra!”
