Our partner, Sascha Kemmerer has just been awarded with 17 points and 3 Gault Millau „Hauben“. Kemmerer, who also earned a MICHELIN star, increase his points from last year’s 16 to 17 out of a total of 20 which makes him one of the “2016 achievers”.

Freshness and quality of the products, creativity in preparation and inventiveness regarding new dished as well as harmony in preparation, consistency of soups and sauces and preciseness of the cooking are judged.
The Austrian “Hauben” are awarded at 17 and 18 points, after 19 a fourth is awarded. Currently there is no restaurant in Austria that owns 20 points.
With the new rating, Kemmerer and his “Kilian Stuba” are now in the ranking of the 29 best restaurants in Austria.
