Recommendations can be seen at „Bookatable by Michelin“, and the new guide confirms that the trend ‘Casual Fine Dining‘ continues to be extremely popular. 292 restaurants were awarded one or more stars, according to Michael Ellis, international director of the MICHELIN guide; this is 17% more than five years ago!

Every six weeks the menu changes. Currently during winter season, Kemmerer serves a fabulous, locally inspired creation: „Martin Williams beef filet ‘roasted in flavoured butter’ with barbecue stock, Kaminwurzn’ risotto, pickled corn and tomato chutney”.
