One more day to go, exhibitors and visitors very happy

nNeuschwansteiner-at-intergastra-bos-food-ralf-bos-websiteWe are proud that, together with our friends and partners BOS FOOD, we are present at the INTERGASTRA, one of the most important international trade fairs in Europe for the gastronomy and hotel industry with over 1300 exhibitors.

Opened by EU-Digital-president and former German minister, Günther Öttinger, over the course of four days including tomorrow, a total 90.000 visitors are expected.

The first INTERGASTRA Foodtruck Roundup and the overall topic ‘Digitalisation’ are only two of this year’s highlights and the presence of internationally famous MICHELIN Star-chefs like Harald Wohlfahrt (Restaurant Traube Tonbach) makes the INTERGASTRA 2016 yet another ‘must-visit’.

We also congratulate Marvin Böhm, yesterday’s winner of the Bocuse d’Or Deutschland 2016 who will represent Germany at the European competition in Budapest.
